A Winning Claim Is Not Accepted
Understand rejected Line and Full House claims and what to check next.

Check the winning pattern
For a Line, the ticket must contain a complete horizontal row of songs recorded as played by the host. Vertical columns and diagonal patterns do not count.
For Full House, every required square on the ticket must correspond to a song recorded as played.
The relevant winning claim must also be available in the game's chosen winning mode and current stage.
What the player should do
- Check the ticket carefully and make sure the intended squares are marked.
- For a Line, check a horizontal row rather than a column or diagonal.
- Ask the host to check whether all the songs in the claimed pattern have been recorded in the game.
- If the claim is invalid, continue playing and try again once the required songs have been played and recorded.
What the host should check
Review the songs recorded on the host screen and confirm that the correct track was selected for each song played.
Where a game allows tied claims, give eligible players time to claim before recording the next song.
An invalid claim may trigger a short lockout before the player can try again.
