Why End Game & Save matters

When your event is finished, use End Game & Save on the Host Screen.

This formally completes the game and saves its recorded progress, so you can review or manage it later.

Completing a game is also important during the guided first-game experience.

Step 1: Finish your session

You can finish after a winning claim or end a session early when appropriate.

You can end a session before a winning claim if necessary; use End Game & Save to record it as completed.

Step 2: Select End Game & Save

  1. On the Host Screen, select End Game & Save.
  2. Read the confirmation message.
  3. Select OK to finish, or Cancel if you want to continue hosting.
Helpful tip: The confirmation explains that the game will be completed and saved, and that player and display screens will show it as finished.

Step 3: Review the completion screen

After confirming, Boogie Bingo Live displays a completion screen.

Depending on your stage of onboarding, you may be guided towards your second game or offered options such as Return To Dashboard, Duplicate Game or Archive Game.

Step 4: Find the saved game

  1. Return to your Host Dashboard.
  2. Select View My Games.
  3. Find the completed game in Your Host Games.
  4. Review the available game details and management actions.

Can I end a game early?

Yes. Use End Game & Save when you need to finish early, even if no winning claim has been made.

The game is marked complete and its recorded progress is saved.

What happens to the Game Code?

The saved game retains its identifying Game Code in Your Host Games.

If you want a fresh copy of a game, the Duplicate Game feature creates a separate game with its own new Game Code and reset progress.
